Ginger Y. Ke（柯奕），副教授，博士。獲得暨南大學管理信息系統學士學位、加拿大溫莎大學工商管理學士學位、加拿大滑鐵盧大學系統工程碩士學位和管理科學博士學位。現任加拿大紐芬蘭大學商學院副教授、碩導、博導，并在加拿大滑鐵盧大學管理科學系任兼職教授。2015年，“Transportation of Hazardous Materials: Management, Coordination, and Optimization”獲得加拿大國家自然基金（NSERC）立項。在知名國際刊物及學術會刊上發表近二十篇論文，并在各類國際學術會議上做過二十余次學術報告，涵蓋決策論、博弈論、運籌學、物流及供應鏈管理，部分論文刊登于European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society，International Journal of Production Economics，International Journal of Production Research，Transportation Research Part E, Expert Systems with Applications及Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering等，曾為Production and Operations Management, Transportation Research, International Journal of Production Research, Applied Mathematics and Computation，Naval Research Logistics等十多個國際學術刊物及會議刊物做過評審。
